Systems (India) designed and developed Belling machine to meet the rising demand of different types of belling of pipes in India and international market. The machine is specially designed for two types of socketing. (1) Plain socketing and (2) "O" Ring socketing. The machine consist of the following accessories.

The cooling system is installed on the belling station. It uses pre-cooled air which is conveyed internally and externally to the socket during the forming cycle. Before reaching the socket, air is forced throuch a heat exchange containing chilled under at temperature 12 deg. C. The absence of connection between chilled water and belling tools avoids corrosion.

On belling station, the pipe is clamped and forming mandrel with water circulation forms the socket. At the preset time, water circulation stops, the forming mandrel retracts and pipe gets declamped. The buzzer sounds, giving a signal to the operator. During this time, the heat cycle of the next pipe is completed. Thus, this cycle of next form is almost continuous.
