The upper part of the liner is cooled by water circulation to maintain from 40 deg. C to 50 deg. C temperature. The cooling is done in such a manner that the maximum heat transfer takes place in regular cycle.

Systems (India) Breaker cum Grinder is designed specially for Rigid PVC pipe scrap or any Rigid Plastics. It is a specialty which has got full length pipe feeding facility. It does not require the pipes to be cut into small pieces and give a smooth and trouble free service. There is no iron particle problem as other grinder's blades chip off and mix with the granules. This does not produce cutting dust as well as gives symmetrical sized granules. There is no wear and tear of the parts.

Systems (India) Screw Conveyor / Hopper Loader is a motor driven spring type metal screw conveyor for conveying PVC resin / PVC compound from grond level to hopper of the machine. The lower end of the conveyor is fitted with compound receiver 200 Kg. capacity with Vibrator. Level of the hopper is controlled by level controller.
