Systems (India) Systems (India) Slotting Unit is suitable to slot ribbed and casing pipes as per Din 4925 and IS: 12818 1992 standard. It is most suitable, fastest and accurate machine developed first time in India. This machine is consist in four parts.

The unit ia fitted with heavy duty shaft to set 30 to 50 nos high speed circular blade and spacers as per IS or Din specifications and pipe sizes. The shaft is driven by 20 HP 2800 rpm AC motor. During slotting operation ribbed/casing pipe is holded by two pnuematic cylinders. Reverse and Forward movement of the slotting unit is done by a geared motor and is controlled by electronic counter device, timer, etc.
